All the way from the check in to the massage, it was a very friendly and outstanding experience!
Coco was my masseuse and if you ask for deep tissue hard massage you bet you’ll get it! She is very experienced and knows/concentrates on the knots in your body.
I thoroughly enjoyed, applied for a membership, which is well worth it, and will definitely be going back again!

I am not sure how this place has great reviews. I went yesterday and I’m in so much pain. At one point I thought the masseuse was going to break my neck. She massaged parts of my back, spine and shoulder blades which are now in so much pain that i needed a heating pad.
Update: I received a call from the manager on the same day to resolve the matter. Jason was very professional, and expressed concern for remedying the situation. He assured me that he would counsel the masseuse to ensure future visits are up to expectations. I appreciate his candor, and his genuine interest to make this customer happy. This is how businesses should be run.

From the moment we walked in everyone was very friendly, warm and welcoming. Lindsey and David are awesome! All our stress and tension discomforts were relieved. The place is very clean and the session rooms were comfortable.

The way they handle issues is not very customer oriented. I scheduled an appointment with a particular worker. After getting ready and on the table, a manager comes in and starts the massage of which she leaves 3 to 4 times during the massage. On my way out, I asked the front desk why I didn't get the person I asked for. They tell me she was busy because the previous customer came in late. I said I should not be penalized because another customer was late and I should have been notified when I walked in about this and given the option to pick someone else. All I got was I am sorry and no offer of discount or extra next time. The late customer should have gotten the manager, so I could have gotten who I requested. Bad business practice in my mind. UPDATE: Management followed up with me and apologized for what happened and promised to correct how this was handled by staff. They expressed understanding with my frustration with the situation and offered acceptable incentive to continue my business with them. So I am adjusting my rating from their follow-up.

It was a very good experience. The receptionist was friendly and she had a form with the names of the body parts. She circled those after asking me which areas are tender. The masseuse took it into consideration and massaged those areas really well. This was unlike other places where they spend 70-80% of the time only on the back. Would highly recommend this one

Emily was amazing. Had a 1 hour hot stone massage. She dug in and got rid of some really I knots in my shoulders and calves. I felt taller from that and the stretching. Will definitely be back for a longer massage soon. Friendly staff. Discount for cash.
