Employees are not knowledgeable about products or companies of products they're selling. Prices are way too high went to buy a Urb Infiniti cart their price is $39.99 but you can buy online at Urb's website for $18.99.

We came in last night (3.11.22) to get a vape mod. The lady that was there acted like she was bothered by us coming in and annoyed by having to show us the different mods they have. After we chose a mod each (2) we was looking at liquids to go with our new mods, she waited on another customer, no big deal on that other than her arguing with them. She finally came back to us and rudely asked if we finally made our minds up yet. We asked about if they did a discount on the liquids since we got mods, she rudely told us the they do not to discounts for anything. We will not be back. They are overpriced, (she is)rude, and unpleasant. The mod i got was only $45 on line from the maker (smok). She charged $80 for it. My suggestion if you ever do decide to go there look on line at the pricing and check other vape shops.
