Amazing service. Some smoke shops I go into, the employees make u feel some type of way about asking questions. Not like that at this shop. If u have questions, they answer like ur talking to a friend. They have good suggestions and do everything they can to help with what u need. I recommend this shop above all others in the Bessemer/McCalla area. Prices are amazing too. Literally half the price of any other place in the area.

Ammar is bad@ss! Knowledgeable, informative, the man knows his stuff. I was literally at his shop on Morgan rd for an hour. Samples! (May not always be there)? Don’t know that part and don’t wanna assume that, or expect it. Ammar is very chill, easy going, and always wanting to help his customers! His products are top notch! I’m from AZ were we have dispensaries on every corner . My levels are higher then some others, and I am very pleased with the knowledge I now know, and the products are GREAT! get such great customer service here, veteran experience staff that has grown and adapted with the
ever-changing industry. If I have questions, they put effort into getting accurate answers. Always to my
satisfaction. I was having maintenance trouble with a product; Ammar took 15 minutes to find a solution
for me. He pops up a glass that works for me. I am back to happily vaping now. His demeanor was
always kind professional and I really felt that I was in the presence of a master clerk/tech representative
of this industry. Everyone is friendly at this location and will really put forth the extra mile to satisfy
customers. I leave the store happier than when I went in, and pleased with my experience there, every
time. Highly recommend.... also, thank you Ammar, your fix is still working great!

The staff were really amazingly helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell especially Ammar who told me everything, I don't believe I would use a different store for my vape needs anywhere other than OG Puff.
