Was a loyal customer who purchased products at least once every two weeks. Purchased a product that was mislabeled as THC Free and turned out actually being delta 9. In all fairness, some of the products (with more legitimate branding) I’ve used and have had zero issues with. The products that are made in house and have a sticky label put on generic packaging that’s used for a wide variety of products I would shy away from. I just want to bring awareness to the public so they don’t find themselves in the same situation that I was in. I was also denied an exchange/refund. I don’t recommend as the quality control seems to be an issue.

A friend picks up my cbd for anxiety and my husbands for increased appetite. She is a stickler for having all information up front. They convince her and she picks our order up every month. Also when they first opened the recommended an oil for my 15 year old blue heeled for arthritis. Great business. They went above and beyond with information and facts

Went in when they was first opening and purchased some Hemp straws. Way to
Expensive, people are rude. The older woman was not knowledgeable about the products. The Man was to busy talking to someone else/ guy that was with me that don't have any business there. I was looking to shop and basically was left to figure it out???
So not impressed with this store.

A surprising variety of products, and the guy at the bar was friendly and cool. Now, to the negative: Bad vibes from every other employee. Ironically, the more colorfully dressed, inked, and hair-dyed, the more brown the aura. I didn't want to spend much time there, and certainly didn't want to ask any questions. I purchased one product that was literally twice the price of any CBD store I've found it at since my visit here. Upon further research, I've found that this constituted a 350% markup. I don't appreciate being gouged, and I will never give them a chance to do it again.
RE: Perhaps I was wrong about the other people being employees. I should have said that the look was edgy, but the vibe was not. I was charged $25 plus tax for a pre-roll. I can't remember the brand name, but it had "Bullseye" on the label. Another seller charged me $12.50 and when I asked what her cost was, she told me around $7... so $7x350%=$24.50. This was my first impression, so it is what it is.
