Went here right after setting up my apartment , just recently moved from Florida where I had a go to cbd shop . Courtney welcomed me in with the biggest smile ! She was so nice and explained every product they had to me ! The absolute BEST customer experience ! If you are looking for a cbd shop in the mobile area give this one YOUR FIRST THOUGH. 10/10 !! I hate leaving negative reviews, but after nearly two months of trying to get refunded for an overcharge I'm out of options.
We've been patrons of this shop since it opened and never had any issues. On September 18 we purchased a tincture. They were out of the brand we normally purchased, but offered a comparable alternative and rang us up for $98.98. The amount seemed high -- double the normal price. When asked about the price, the employee said it was just more expensive.
Later, when looking at their online shop, we realized we were double charged. After a call to the shop, it was confirmed by an employee. They told us a refund would be made. It never came.
About a week later, we went in the shop and were told that they had to speak to the manager first and would call us back. They never called.
A few days later we called the shop again and were told they still had to speak with a manager, but would call back between 2 and 4pm. Again, no call.
We tried calling the shop again multiple times during business hours and there was no answer.
Yesterday, we called and got a hold of an employee who was aware of the situation. They still needed to get the manager/owner involved, but they were being very hands-off with the business lately and were rarely in.
So, here we are, still waiting for our refund of $49.49. This is poor customer service backed by poor management. We'll definitely be taking our future business elsewhere.

I have had the best experiences at High Elevations CBD! The owners have set a positive and welcoming environment. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They even have complimentary CBD coffee- next time you want a mid day Starbucks, save your money and grab a coffee from High Elevations CBD. Shop while you enjoy your midday pick me up! I highly recommend stopping in, even if you just want more information about CBD.
