I love dankorage it is one of the most friendly at of all the stores that I have been too. They take their time when helping you they make the experience of buying products easy and that are for you. I have never had a bad experience with any of the people that work here. The employees are amazing!!😊

I like the location but it's way too pricey. I'm sure their aware that their competitors charge consistently $40 per 0.5g($54 at Dankorage)and $80 per/gram($120 at Dankorage). That's a lot a money, if you go there frequently, your wasting on for the same volume of product. And you cant stack points with discounts. Anywhere else accumulated points gained by spending money at their establishment is usable on deals and discounts they offer in-store. Thats why me and many others chose to go somewhere else. If they want to continue to be a business in the next 5-10 years they really need to stop overcharging and accommodate there point system with in-store discounts. Spent a lot of money to get these"rewards" from points and I cant use them on deals to maximize my savings just to give them more of my money. Bunch of BS

Waaaaaaaay too expensive. And every time I walk in it's like they don't know or understand how to give a person time to decide so I feel rushed. They also have a habit of talking people into buying weed they don't really want. I'll say no and they keep persisting til I get it.. I feel so rushed and their pre rolls always look small.

I see folks not giving props where they are do! Everyone has there own opinion as long as if justified ignorance can be bliss. Anyway I must say my experiences since going there have been phenomenal, the staff was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful not to mention very courteous which you don't find many places. I've been to all the shops out there and I have to say this one is by far the best one. Keep up the good work, I'll be see you soon.

On the website menu it said 31%thc for the weed i wanted after i payed and was given my weed on the label it says 25% thc for the same weed. false advertising!!!!!! wanted to go back in and get my money back but was already mad because when i checked out they charged me for a different persons order it was a mess and i just wanted to get away from this place

The staff is amazing and knowledgeable to say the least. If only other businesses operated under such welcoming, curtious and professional standards. It is the location I recommend when asked and will continue to do so. Good job to the Dankrage team....

Google is demanding I review this place, so here it is...
Dankorage has a site you can pre-order merchandise and have it ready by the time you get there. After placing your order online, you will receive 2 texts; the first text tells you your order has been received, the second text tells you your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up. Sounds great, and I used it everytime I decided to visit.
The last time I went in, I had pre-ordered, as always, before I started my walk to their establishment. About 20 minutes later, I arrive and I wait in line. When I get to the counter, the girl checks for my order...but then tells me she had taken my order and sold it to another customer.
No remedy was forthcoming, nor did she apologize for the screw up. I have no plans of returning.

12th time going in and getting subpar service. Good product, the employees that have experience show, new emplpyees need a little more training before being unsupervised on the floor. A bit less than half the times I've been in, at least 7 experiences, were met by the security staff and cashier staff, alone, in the front of house. The cashier being rude or unprofessional, nothing serious. My last visit, I got home to find that half of my order was wrong. Ordering 2 skywalker, 1 berry bomb and 1 Sherbert cookies, I guess the cashier heard "1 skywalker, 2 berry bomb and 1 Cheese x VRB(something like that. Which wasnt even on the menu). No idea how you mess that up, guess I need to check my orders before leaving. First time this has ever happened to me

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. An employee named Ariel had an attitude when I simply asked a question about how she got into the Cannibis industry. She was beyond rude and had a piss poor attitude. I will not ever be going to this dispensary after such horrible customer service. Its a shame they would hire someone who obviously has no experience with how to treat your costumers.

What a huge change, from the product quality to the store. The whole place is updated. Nice TVs on the wall, menus updated, high quality atmosphere and nice people.
