Usually my go to but as of lately I've gotten rude service from a lady named Ariel. After my ID was checked by other staff who were smoking a cigarette outside, I walked past the counter and she gave me a snobbish response asking if she could see my ID.
I politely said, "My ID has already been checked." She then rudely replies it hasn't I need to see your ID
Another gentlemen behind the counter who was actually paying attention then vouchers for vouches for me telling her that my ID has already been checked. She still gave us a nasty look and turned away.
With this type of treatment I'd rather take my business to other shops. Please re-evaluate your staff because it is turning away business. I will not be returning and will be telling others to do the same.

Just came back to anchorage for a visit and had to gity favorite place again. The atmosphere has just gotten better, employees are 🤌, product THE 🐝 KNEES. Always look forward to stoping into the shop!

Wow! Definitely not coming here anymore! That new girl Ariel is bad for business, used to be a loyal customer cause the store is close to my house, BUT I WILL DRIVE CLEAR ACROSS TOWN FOR NOW ON!! One monkey may not stop the show, but it will hinder the cash flow!

They turned me away because the guy had no idea what a BIA card was and accused me of lying about it. The other store was extremely happy to sell to me though so I guess it's your loss more than mine

I like when a head shop is clean and well kept. I like how the staff avoids coming off as the pretentious stoner type. I like the quality, locally-sourced product selection. Definitely my favorite of Anchorage's cannabis retailers

Im really not this kinda guy to leave comments like this and I will change my rate if experience changes. Sadly I might not go back. I bought 4 preerolls .5 grams they smelled off from any weed I've ever had and the amount if stems and what looked like shake was all I actually got. Again I'm not this type of person to leave a comment like this. Not a good experience!

Quality is low here. Go to great northern cannibis off 4th ave./F st. Definitely higher quality there for the same price or less. Or you can wait in a line that’s 10 deep and taking 2-3 min per person. No joke!!! Also, dankorage employees seem put out by having to explain the different types of products.
