MJ's One Stop Vape Shop

I've been coming to this shop for about 2 years now, all of the employees recognize me when I come in, they're all very friendly and personable and I feel very comfortable and welcome every time I come in which doesn't happen everywhere. They have a great selection of products, flavors, brands, mods, you name it. Good prices, military discount, and there aren't a lot of shops on this side of town, which is just another perk. Open a Southside location! Lol

I’ve been going to MJs for some time now about once a month. The prices are fair and costumer service is fantastic! The mother and son duo are my favorite faces to see when I come into the shop. They are very friendly, welcoming and very helpful with any questions or concerns! They also are so fun to have a conversation with! They are the type of people that you can easily get along with and warm up to so easily

bought defective vape
never worked even once. brought 4 days later they told me it is defective but there's nothing they can do since ALL THE SALES ARE FINAL! Learned my lesson here. will not come to this place again

Customer service really lacks . I’ve called every day for the last 5 days and no one answers the phone. I’ve been here a lot and have spent a lot of money on vapes I come in a few times a week. And I bet none of them know my name. Most of them treat this place as a social gathering spot to just sit behind the counter and not do anything. And when a customer comes in you can tell they don’t wanna get up.. I had high hopes for this place since every time my friends keeps bringing them up. But customer service goes a really long way. That’s how you’ll get more customers to refer more friends to shop there.

So I came in to just get some juice real quick, dude that helped me was helping another person. I asked if I could get assistance and the other customer had to tell him "go ahead, they are still looking". He help me and everything was all good except the entire ti.e there was some dude passed out snoring loud behind the counter. So I guess this isn't a 1star for the store but that employee. And if your the store owner maybe sleep at home or atleast in the back, so your not snoring infornt of all the customers.

Ok so this rating is because of the owners associates which every single one that I've encountered and have tried to get help from has been the biggest waste of time. Extremely rude employees every single time me and my girlfriend stop in there. It's sad because the owner is seriously awesome and one of.the sweetest ladies I've ever met and I mean that. But I never see her there anymore. Very sad. Your staff is slacking MJ just a heads up

Owner is very friendly. Up kept with all the latest vapory tech. Great Military discounts being that most of there customers are military. New employees are trained well to keep your satisfaction high too.

MJ and crew are highly knowledgeable and very friendly. There is no upsell or pressure to buy something you don't need. They cater to each customers preferred style and taste. Also, they have the widest variety of juice flavors in stock and they always have every strength you could want on the shelf! I have never gone in there and not been able to get the juice at the strength that I wanted. This is the only Vape shop I will ever go to in Alaska!

This is the place to be! Great customer service! All my questions answered honestly! Great selection and wide variety of products! Sweet price, deals and discounts! Awesome kick back spot to just chill and relax! 10/10

Best disposable vape selection in town! Tons of flavors and styles/brands you cant find anywhere else! The shop has a relaxed, comforting vibe to it, and the staff are super knowledgable and helpful without coming off condescending. ( a problem I've had as a female in other vape shops)
