Been a loyal customer since day one great deals. But I gotta draw the line when it comes to their customer service disrespecting my wife. That's not the reason why I stop going there it's because I'm stage 3 bone cancer and during my treatments I can't touch things do to radiation. If they helped and worked with cancer patients I would give this place 5 stars. Look like it's back to the drawing board for medical marijuana again.

I asked for a 1/4 of flower and when I got home it was only a 1/8 so I called them and the manager said to bring it back so they can check it out, so I did, just for him to say he can't do anything until his manager looks at the video. Not to mention before even looking at the video he accused me of pinching the bag. Could've saved me time telling me they can't do anything until reviewing the video and saved me a trip.

Used to frequently shop here and even work for this company(albeit for a short amount of time,will elaborate on that further in a moment) until I found that the quality and potency of products offered seemed to start to dwindle compared to other competitors in town, prices are also not near as competitive as a couple of the other dispensaries in town. (Side note,I was let go because I had covid, missed to many days in a row because of it,and then on top of that had a family emergency occurre,don't feel that's a good reason to fire someone, but it's not my company so yah,that's my two cents on this place

Having been to most shops in town I can say without a doubt that RR is the best shop in Anchorage when you compare product and price. Can't beat the weekly sales and their product is top notch. Highly recommend!!

This dispensary has planted its roots on Raspberry Road and they are doing outstanding! Awesome staff with the most knowledgeable budtenders I have met in a while. Really beautiful dispensary with its own parking lot. Reasonable prices for amazing cannabis that has truly impressed me. Their website is really well put together with a beautiful design and easy access. You can order online as well and the cannabis is worth it!
