They scan your ID and keep track of everything you by for personal Consumption. This is not California and we do not need stupid stuff like this in Alaska! Support someone who respects your privacy and freedoms. Do not come here!

Out of all the places in town, the staff here actually took the time to listen to my questions and direct me to products in line with my needs. I'm not a recreational user, and haven't been for about 25 years, so jumping back into the pool for chronic aches & pains, and using these products as a healthier alternative to prescriptions was a bit intimidating. The staff here took the time to put me in the right "bracket" of products to make sure I didn't wind up fried on my couch every time my back acted up. I've been nothing but satisfied with the company & the staff and how they treated me up to this point. After my first experience here, I've never gone anywhere else.

1. Called the store to verify address. Person answered with “thank you for calling Good Tritations my name is _____ what is your date of birth?”
NO! You did not earn the right to ask me that question and it is not an industry standard nor a licensing requirement, it’s convoluted and inconsistent.
2. I had shopped the website before going in. None of the prices matched. I asked her about the price differences and she told me the prices were identical from website to counter. As the connection was too slow to load the menu, I left.
3. When I got bandwidth I verified, again, the prices were different, I called her back and told her they were indeed different and she should check the website herself to verify.
Her response was a very terse and wholly insincere “thanks for the feedback” then a click. She hung up on me!
You make a great product, now hire employees to match!

I give a 3 and not a 5 star review for the following reasons,
The selections is pretty limited and the pre rolls don't smoke right, they are either rolled to tight or not tight enough. I am a daily customer and only about one every 10 can be smoked without doctoring.
I find the staff to be friendly and helpful for the most part. There are time I walk in and no one says hello, and there are time I walk in and everyone says hello.

Worst service in town and they scan your ID. Hell no! Show them this is not Kalifornia by shopping elsewhere!

The best... I really like the Amsterdam style restaurant where you can buy a joint and smoke it good coffee sodas and such and you can have meals delivered from the place next door
