Prices are great. Seems like more you spend, the cheaper it gets. Smells like incense. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Open til midnight every day of the week. Long time Fairbanks establishment that moved here from a previous location.

Okay, so these guys have convenient kratom and the prices for that are pretty good. That's the good part. What cost them a star was their response to me touching a pipe to my lips to test it out. To be fair, they got signs all over the place saying not to do that, and those signs say you gotta buy the pipe if you do. So I did. Fair is fair. But don't yell at me about it.

Very rude employees. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The fact that u stay in buisness surprises the heck out of me. Especially since ur merchandise is extremely over priced and most likely its knock offs from wish or somplace similar because its very low grade not durable at all.

Okay, so the place is a head shop, so don't expect too much out of the staff. Given that, some of them know their stuff cause they've worked here forever.
Prices are middling okay, but this is a small business. Treat them like used car salesmen and dicker with them for a deal.
I'm never unsatisfied with a visit here.

Pretty good selection but the blond overweight cashier who fancies himself a salesman tried once before to charge me $40 dollars for an item labeled $20. I asked him what the cost was before I saw the price tag. He tried to hustle me and would've pocketed an the extra $20. If not for him I'd give a higher review. Beware and check price tags. Look it up online first !

Really great shop lots of hard to find specialty items and hand crafted glass items from Alaskan glass blowers.
I bought a Vegeta lighter cover first tie I've ever seen that. The clerk was knowledgeable not only of the products he sold but of Fairbanks as as well.
Really reccomend a stop in next time you're in town.

I went back to check out what they had. Last year there was a better selection of weapons. But the selection of pipe was off the hook! The amount of glass has definitely increased since last year.

Awesome little shop! I went in && had a pretty chill conversation with the clerk. He showed me a bunch of pieces even ones he hadn't seen before.😂 The dude was super helpful && friendly even though I already knew what I wanted. Their prices are pretty swell as well as their collection.

Worst experience ever.....Old dude working was rude unhelpful, Suite jacket,what ever . Came in looking for a glass piece ,simple Not. Ended up made me buy a 20$ pipe that I didn't want in the first place,and didn't get what I came for. He robbed me,for $20 .Never again will I go there,the shop that been in town forever, Why.
