I literally knew nothing about mods, or tanks, or coils. The staff member who helped me, answered every question, was very courteous, and extremely helpful. He helped me pick out a mod, and tank to suit my needs. He also helped me figure out how much nicotine I needed for the juice. This is day three, and I'm happy to say, I no longer crave my cigars.

Outperforms every other vape shop in town by miles. The knowledge, friendliness, and overall care about their products is top notch. I don't recommend any other vape shop but this one. Great dudes

The atmosphere is absolutely amazing, I enjoyed the customer service and the friendliness of the staff. The selection of different flavors ranging from the sweetest of sweets to the most pleasant sours is absolutely delicious. Very knowledgeable management and staff. I will continue shopping there and very well reccomend this shop.

The guys at the counter were super knowledgeable about the products. Very helpful as well. One of the guys filled my vape pen for me which was nice seeming that I didn't know how to do so...it was nice to have a visual demonstration. All and all a good experience all around.

Sweet vapes is the beat store in the valley. I went to fat boy vapes or whatever and they had it boy 4 vapes. They were closed 2 times I tried to go there. Sweet vapes hooks you up. And you get a drink when you leave. They are experienced in the categories they sell. They will load your vape, teach you about it and show you how to run it to its best working capability. I got sweet vapes a 5 star stop for any Alaskan or passing tourist. 10/10 review.

WAY overpriced, plus they pass clones off as authentics! All of the juice that Ive bought wasnt quality but VERY harsh and expensive! The guys behind the counter are very unprofessional ( talking to each other about some marijuana deal) then when they seen I had a ejuice from a different shop they then started in with speaking poorly about the other shop the I purchased it at. I had to wait for some time for them to acknowledge me, then it seemed like I was interrupting them. I highly recommend not wasting your time and money going there!

Service was excellent, staff was well educated on vapes and CBD. Came in for a new coil the guy explained how to do it and why. This was my first vape, so I had alot of questions the other shop (where i purchased my vape) seemed like they were more focused on sales not customer satisfaction, and weren't very familiar with their products. This guy has always been happy to help, as well as quick with an answer. I would give 5/5 if they had a larger selection and variety of products.
