I first would like to say that before today ive NEVER had a bad experience with this business. In fact i talk them up and recommend them on a regular basis. But today i had an experience that I feel needs to be addressed. Everytime my man or i go to this place. We are greeted by friendly staff and can tell them what we are looking for and they are very helpful in explaining the products they sell. They are pretty on point with what they recommend. Today I go in and ask for an indica strain that would help with pain and relaxation the response. "Im not a doctor or a nurse so i couldnt really answer that for you." Then was pointed to two different types with no explanation and she then walked away. Well im not impressed by that....then ask another person what they recommend as far as indica because now i feel like my last question was too extreme. Well dude doesnt even smoke flower only dabs but then recommended a certain type. At that point i said sure ill just wing it I guess. I know im not the only human being who uses herb to relieve pain so the whole Dr. Nurse statement to me was just a rude thing to say. Because obviously I wouldnt be spending my time here if I wanted to be jacked up on medications or my Dr. could give me what i needed when I needed it. I'm also a huge anxiety riddled human so strain matters alot or it can make my anxiety even worse.....i guess whats so frustrating is there was nobody to actually tell me about the product. Why are they working there of they have no knowledge on what they are selling and busy or not I'm still a customer and i shouldnt be having to put my customer service face on in your business. Idk what happend or if today was a bad day but it showed and I wanted to write this so maybe this is corrected because I like this place but i will not recommend or go myself anymore if customer care is no longer a factor at this establishment.

Everyone there is super friendly and are very knowledgeable on everything they have in store. I totally recommend this place to everyone. Great place to get pipes, bongs, and electric pieces as well.

Just got kicked out of bad grammar give him a hard time about ask me about gas monkey every time you come in I try to suggest weed that.you like and you say it no good and I am ready to void this order and tell you to leave then he call my daughter my wrong name she correct him he said you have disrespected me every time you come in the store you can leave and don't come back my daughter never causd any problem ever except to tell the truth about what she sees and hears and smokes and if. Bad grammar has promlem with people talking to other customers about what good or not good and talking about other shops with better weed and better prices they should give you a warning not just out of the blue you need to leave I have never seen a sign about this I will never go to bad grammar ever again stan thanks jake you know that's not true stan

Best place in the valley. Period. Way more friendly, almost familial vibe. Bigger selection of flower strains than green jar. More pre-rolls than green jar. Better PRICES than green jar. And much better service. Only place I go to. Blam
