Kicked me out of store and parking lot for having a kayak on a small trailer security guard said trailers weren't allowed on property even tho no sign posted if you're going to remove people from your establishment at least put up signs so I don't waste time trying to be a customer

This is the best dispensary of all three in Flag. Today though I had ordered one of the specials online. The ad for it was on the promo page. When I got there they refused to honor the promo. They told me they didn't have enough product. I was really disappointed as I had just wasted my time and gas. The only reason I came in was for the promo. I could not afford these meds otherwise. They did offer to let me into the other check out line to buy something else. I will be calling beforehand now to make sure you all have enough product available.

Here’s the thing. All the places in Flag are already super overpriced. They had a deal going on some Carts. I checked out on the website and it showed that deal, I’ll post the photo if possible. When I get there she tells me that the cart that is on sale, and I checked out with isn’t part of the deal. If your website has that and I completed my order with that, you should honor it. You’re already gouging the price for people who need these things. Don’t not honor your posted sales. In such a small place I’ll take my business elsewhere and tell my friends to do the same. Not worth the straight up lies. If you want to be treated with respect take your business elsewhere.

I guess medical patients don’t matter anymore we just get a discount and now we have to wait in an even bigger line. I used to love this place but I can’t believe what recreational is gonna do for patients. And they also upped there prices so now they say we’re getting a smokin deal but not really I just wanted to thank the dispensary that i used to love for making it extremely bad for medical patients to have to deal with all this bull. Update sep 13 2022 they are false advertising the time they stay open until. Drove 30+mins to arrive 15mins before they were supposed to be closed. Was turned down by security at door. This is also bull I get you guys want to go home but I just drove 30 mins to be turned down while your supposed to be open. Getting tired of this. BBB is my next stop
