Charged me 45$ for an eighth. Taste horrible. Smells terrible. Was the "top shelf". Why am I still paying 45$ eighth? It's been legal for over 2 years. Absolutely terrible. Bad experience, the bud tender said it was 25% thc. It's 22%. Is this real? Can't imagine what there cheap weed is. Don't go. Waste of money. Hit up your local dealer instead. Instead of giving your money to the richest guy in flagstaff.

I was in Noble Herb on Thursday Nov 3rd, buying shatter. I was told by an associate that day that a certain deal would be back on Monday, a deal for 3 grams of shatter for $45. This was false information by the bud tender, but even though I was told the deal would be today, I got there and the deal is still “inactive”. After telling a manager that I was told about a deal that wasn’t happening today, he said “there is no way we can prove that you were told that, I can’t honor that deal. We’ll if only that’s how customer service worked! I work in retail, and if a customer is told the wrong price when looking at an item and then when they go to checkout, we drop the price to whatever price the associate told them. That is how this should have been handled. I will never be going to Noble Herb again. I would not recommend you do either.

Great service & friendly helpful staff. I'm first go to in Flagstaff! If anyone could school me on what products would best suit my needs. I'm very found of edibles but there usually not as strong as i would hope. I've recently have been purchasing the drip rso wich does pack a punch. Any guidance, suggestions or schooling is greatly appreciated. My tolerance is through the roof so I'm 52 & I'm hopeing to find the strongest of the strong so I can enjoy a nice couchlock evening!🇲🇽🌵☦️🌵🇺🇲

Place is great .. friendly staff.. love the touch menus .. wish that at check-in they had told me menu was on the touch screens lol 😂 but my issue 😕 is online no description on items or item like pre rolls whats in them like THCA crystals ,oils , greens like indica or sativa just says DAM infused blunt roll like infused with what im too shy to freaking ask sooo like information is nice just saying

Tried to ask what their deals are and got rudely and i quote "go look at the wall" and then when i gave him the money, his name is Joseph by the way, did not even give me any type of change back. Also wanted to use my points but now i dont think ill ever go back.

Husband went there today. The guy who helped him had horrible customer service. It was his first time going to this dispensary and there was no direction on how the shop works. He was extremely disappointed on the lack of customer service. The employee just seemed like he was having a bad day and was taking it out on customers. We will probably not be coming back here and won't recommend this place to anyone else.
