Professional Staff Knowledgeable Respectful Treatment Compassionate Efficient Service Good Parking

The people that work there are very professional and knowledgeable. They treat you with respect and compassion even if you are not sure of how it works and what products will help you . You do have to wear a mask. There was a line inside the door, but it went very quickly. The parking lot has plenty of spaces.

Cannabis Dispensary Product Labeling Customer Service

I donโ€™t know if this is common cause I donโ€™t think itโ€™s ever happened to me before but I canโ€™t usually remember what the name of the strain is when theyโ€™re serving it to me but if I like it after I take a couple hits I look at the label so I can see what it is maybe get the same stuff next time well this time there was no label and no paperwork he just wrote on the plastic container with a marker how much it weighed I wonder if itโ€™s on file because they take your ID every time you go so maybe they can just look up your account and tell you what you had last time that would be awesome

Great Staff Quality Products Friendly Atmosphere

Fantastic happy place. My favorite budtender is Timmy aka Diesel, in the wheelchair, but all are great. The flower is amazing. The colors, crystals, can't be beat. Everyone that works there seems happy to have their jobs. I found out tips are not shared, so feel free to share the love to more than one person.

Poor Customer Service Unlabeled Products No Receipt

Pretty poor customer service, no menu just of the top of their head. The guy didnโ€™t even label my weed so I donโ€™t know which ones which (even though I asked if he had labelled them) no receipt also so I donโ€™t know what strains I have. I know I have a coffee strain but Iโ€™m not sure the other. if you improve on all of those things then maybe Iโ€™ll give you a 5 but Iโ€™m pretty disappointed for my first time in an Arizona dispensary.

Poor Management Ruined Products

Iโ€™ve come in over the past year and a half fairly regularly to shop around I only smoke marijuana concentrates and have a vast knowledge of cannabis and the industry itself so generally I shop at the other shop in town but they run out and I like to see whatโ€™s new here The staff here are pretty solid generally especially Trevor and Rueben theyโ€™re awesome but the manager or managers on the other hand donโ€™t really have a clue Iโ€™ve witnessed hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of globe cannabis concentrates ruined I would have bought 4 grams tonight and on many other occasions if I didnโ€™t see this but all the contents are covering the lid instead of the jar because the manager decided to hang it on the wall it doesnโ€™t take knowing about cannabis to realize that this isnโ€™t a smart idea when the contents are a viscous substance..

Closed Business Poor Service

Is the place out of business are they ever open? I have been told that this is the only place to go for great service. Iโ€™ve been out 3 times during business hours and the doors are always closed and locked. I have no time for closed door businesses wasting my time and money. I guess they are only open to lake havasu city. Your competition is thankful. Good luck with your business I WONT BE BACK.

Poor customer service Refusal to wear masks Lost business due to unprofessionalism

There were three people behind the counter. Only one was half wearing a mask. A guy sitting on one side asked if he could help me. I asked him if he could put on a mask. He refused and told me to wait for someone else. That is when the person with the mask over her mouth only took it completely off.

I and the person with me both walked out.

I called the next day and asked to speak with the manager. The person on the phone claimed to be the manager. Nothing but excuses about people being tired of wearing a mask during the pandemic.

I spent my money somewhere else.

In response to the manager (claiming to be the owner) You seriously need to take some classes in customer service. I called with concerns and was given a laundry list of excuses. The one incident cost your company $500. How many times a day do customers walk out and you excuse your employees for not being professional? Start reviewing your security tapes.
