Harvest HOC of Lake Havasu Dispensary

I love this store, every time I come in I feel so welcome. Their staff is amazing, even if they were 100 other dispensaries in town I would still come here

Decent pricing, knowledgeable, and gave me a veterans discount. I would recommend this place over any other in the Havasu area.

Rather high prices but good selection.

They are always very nice and helpful. Every time I've been here even if there is a little wait time it is not long at all. I've been nothing but, happy since coming here. Thank you to all of the friendly staff who work here. You all are awesome!

I used to love this place. Would have given them 5 stars. Never even been to any of the other places in town - the were the first place I tried and I just kept going back. Never really had a problem. The workers WERE great. Now there's been a couple instances were I've been like, "Okay, really?" I have never even written a review for a business establishment before. However, since they passed Prop 207 legalizing marijuana the place took a turn. I have my medical card and have been a med card patient for a couple years now, I do not use recreationally. My problem is they hired all these new people and made all these new rules. So, everything is about online purchasing ahead of time now. Okay, half the time I can't get the site to work and not all the products are listed. I used to call, but now they don't like to take orders over the phone, depending on who's working at the time. I used be able to go in right at closing time and they would still accept me. I drove all the way across town, got there 10 minutes before they were suppose to close and they turned me away, " Should've made an online order." Then, I used to bring my son because I had nobody to watch him and they would let me bring him in the lobby while I ordered at the window, can't do that anymore. I have to find childcare just to pick up my medicine, yet I can take in my children to buy alcohol? I had told my close friend that works there what happened and she even seemed appalled. I have a couple people I really like there. I think the last straw was today I tried to take my infant son in with me and my A/C was not working, it was 115 out, I just wanted to be in and out. I've seen a baby in the back portion of the store before, so I thought it would be fine. I get not letting my 7yr old in, but a baby? They told me they would take my order at the window, but their ATM in the front was broken and they wouldn't let me use the one in the back because I had my child. When I said I had seen one before, they said, "Are you sure it wasn't a service dog?" Are you saying I'm delusional? I've been going there longer then all the workers have worked there, every one of them were new that were working. I hate to write this, but I've been told something different every time I go there. If you all have the same set of rules, why is it only being enforced half of the time? This is very inconvenient for those trying to make sense of all the changes. I mean one time I pre-ordered because I had both my kids with me and they wouldn't even let me in the lobby, I had to stand outside in the heat. I just want to get my medicine, is that so hard? Might not go back, even though, there are a couple people I will miss.
