This is an absolutely wonderful shop. I drive from central Tucson to Marana just for this shop. The staff is amazing and is well educated in the products y’all sell. Kudos to the best smoke shop in Southern Arizona!

Super-confused by the positive reviews of this shop.
Sure, the shop itself is nicely located for those of us living in the sticks. The inside is well-lit, clean and densely packed with various products, but these positive attributes are not reflected in the customer experience.
The first time I went in wasn’t bad, they didn’t have anything I wanted to buy priced on the shelf, so the employee (who mind you did nothing to assist me) guessed at the price of my items. Luckily, someone who appeared to be a manager or owner stepped in to prevent them from charging me four times the price for a $2 dollar purchase.
Since this first mediocre stop every subsequent visit has been less enjoyable. Even fewer products are priced on the shelf so you’re at the mercy of whatever the kid who won’t look up from his phone wants to charge. Only the manager or owner from my first visit has ever offered to assist me in any way while in the store. And apparently none of the employees have been trained on the pricing as I’ve ended up paying two massively different prices on the same item less than two weeks apart.
I wish I had a solid local smoke shop, but right now, this place isn’t it. I do hope they get some new staff and price everything clearly in the future.

This was and will be my first and LAST time shopping here. When in just to see what they had. Found a glass pipe to my liking to which I purchased. But the over the top attitude that the employee had made me feel like they don't want money or customers. Sad, I was hoping to make this a regular weekly stop. It is a REALLY nice store with LOTS of great items, but it don't mean a thing if they treat you like trash as soon as you walk through the door.

Honest and friendly. Super chill staff. Went in wanting a new portable rig, but didn’t like how the original seahorse didn’t have a low temp option. The guy assured me I couldn’t go wrong the new Seahorse X. I thought I might like it would get me by on hikes and outdoor adventures, but I didn’t think I’d love the thing.. After a couple days I ended up going back in to buy a second Seahorse X!
Marana Smoke Shop is definitely worth the stop. They have a nice variety of glass, e-cig stuff, cigars and pretty anything to fit any smokers (or vapors) needs.

Service sucks. I went in yesterday they gave us 4 Kratom shots but only charged us for 2 and then today they won't do any deals. We spend lots of money there and always switching up on loyal customers. Lost our service for sure. Wouldn't even know about the kind they now have if it wasn't for us.

If I could rate lower I would. Terrible business terrible products take your money somewhere else and get a glass piece that won’t break in ONE day. Never dropped. normal use. Sold us a “dab rig” and banger that could handle the heat the bowl shattered after 5 uses and the neck of the piece snapped off when capping it. Never got it got didn’t hit it on anything. Waste of money. Do not buy.
