I’ve been to the Oro Valley (La Canada Ave) location twice and have been very pleased with store, and particularly the lady, Patty, who assisted me. She’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly and really makes the shopping experience an enjoyable occasion. She’s pointed me in the right direction for my particular needs as well as suggestions on other items to try. It’s a medical need for my wife, and Patty has been most understanding and inquisitive of her condition in order to get the right product that’s best for her. I am very thankful for the store, it’s product and knowledge/personality of Patty.

Great customer service from Patrica, the store manager! Super helpful and they sell a great product- pet tincture. Summed jerky made a visible difference with my elderly dog but with his old age inappetence, a tincture will be much easier to administer. Highly recommend this product and in particular, this location.

The shop was clean and Patricia was well educated on the products. I only came to the store as i had a val pack coupon. I was unable to locate the coupon in my bag. I had left it on my desk at work. Patricia stated she would give me the 20% off. Once I checked out, i noticed the discount was not added on the receipt. Patricia then stated she would honor the coupon on my next visit even f it expires. I felt that this was poor customer service. If you say you are going to give me the discount then do it. Do not renege. I will not be going back to this store again.

They have an amazing array of cbd items that are so helpful. There bathbombs are amazing to relax and soothe the muscles. I also love the bath salts to pair with the bath bombs for extra relaxation. I recently tried two new products as well that have been so helpful with my body pain.

The lady who take care of me was very friendly and answered all my questions. The product is amazing I purchased gummies and had a great night of sleep. I also puchased for my 15 yr old dog who paces all night and she slept like a baby. I will go back for sure!

I have been using their dog products for my dachshund with epilepsy. He only has about one seizure a month compared to three in 10 days prior to this product. I’m so happy that I don’t have to give him prescription meds, he’s playful and active, never drowsy.

This was my first visit to the store. I was warmly greeted by Patty and given a helpful explanation of the full product line. I chose the Whole Plant CBD oil drops. It has now been a week but as of now have not felt any decrease in back pain. I know it takes some time to experience some relief and will continue to use twice a day. I’m hopeful the CBD oil works.
