Do not go here. I was happy at first and satisfied with my service. However that was before I checked my bank account. I paid partially in cash, and the rest with my card. THEY TOOK MY CASH AND STILL CHARGED ME THE FULL AMOUNT ON MY CARD. In short: theft. I won't be back, and I'll be sure to spread the word about this "company" to all my vaping friends and coworkers.

Best shop in the area! Cool staff and good customer service too. I had a bad vape and came in a couple days later asking for half off another one, they gave me a new one for free which was super cool. Definitely recommend.

I am looking to quit smoking and thought a transition to vaping would be a good thing to try since other options have not worked well for me. This store is less than 5 minutes away from my house so I figured I would check out what they offer. I was helped by Mitch and was so impressed by his knowledge and how he personalized his recommendations to exactly what I was looking for!!! He walked me through set up, use, and what I would need through a tutorial/demonstration and it was so easy to follow!!! It can be overwhelming to take on something new that you have never tried before but Mitch made it so easy!!! I will be returning for sure! They also have a good rewards program set up! I highly recommend and if it’s something you are looking to explore for the first time, be sure to ask for Mitch😊

I didn't take a picture this time, but I'll go back so... the guy behind the counter had a super long ponytail and a black kilt, so pretty sure they'll know who I'm talking about.
Stopped in to grab a vape pen/battery for cartridge use. Reasonably priced at $15 for a sturdy looking unit. Took it home and discovered it didn't have a charger. Used an old one I had on hand but somehow the charger broke off inside rendering them both useless. Shop is less than 10 minutes from house so went back to see if they could help.
He fixed the pen (tweezers to the stuck part) and then was kind enough to root around for any spare loose chargers. Didn't have any so I paid $7 to get a new one. Very helpful. The fun killing goblins didn't win this round. Thanks!

I got a vape from these guys early this month and had some weird problems with it I went in and spoke to mat, great guy!! He was apologetic to my situation and had no problem switching her out with the same got home and had the same issues going on within a couple days found out it was an issues went back and saw mat again and he was able to see the issues and we just did a completely different mod!!!! Again, mat apologized for the inconvenience but he made it all the better! Truly great customer service mat!! Thanks brotha!! And everyone should see him, he’s knowledgeable about the product and will make sure your happy with what you got.

Guy behind the counter always acts like he hates his life and is inconvenienced when you ask him a question. Gravity smoke shop down the road by Walmart is better. This customer service is terrible.

Extremely overpriced and bottles of juice are tiny and hard to refill mod because of their size. please consider reducing your prices since you are the only vape shop near Vistancia. I drive to Surprise unless I am in desperate need.

They had my Meshmellow coils I couldn't find anywhere else and also sold singles. I was happy about that. Just not with their juice prices and selection imo. I'd say overall 3.5 stars.
