I went in last night to purchase a new electric smoking device for concentrates and Lexi sold me on the yocan evolve plus! Its amazing and Lexi was extremely helpful and informative! Thank you Lexi for the selling me on my new favorite product! I just really love this place they have an amazing selection and some very friendly staff! Will be going back for sure.

Bought two scorch lighters the other day and they both were out of the same box and trash. Didn’t work properly. Took them back two days later and was told they don’t take returns and don’t back up the products they sell. So, I’d highly suggest going somewhere else who actually takes pride in the quality of the products they sell. They were overpriced to begin with but I wanted to support a local store. Unfortunately they don’t take care of their customers. I’ve probably spent thousands of dollars here. I won’t be spending another one though. 03/02/2023 @ 2:29pm.

Bought 2 vapes here the first one was good the second one just kept firing! I brought it back in since I didn’t want to open both in the store to test. They said they can’t doing anything because I didn’t open both in the store. I think it’s a horrible policy and a scam in my opinion. Now I am out $24 for no reason! Definitely don’t go to this store and save your money!

2 elf-bar “energy grape” misfired in the store and the 3rd one I purchased misfired at home with no refund possible, I called in to hear no refunds and they wouldn’t pull the rest off the shelf. Take that as you will but I definitely won’t shop here again👍🏼

This review is long overdue. I've been coming to this shop for about a year. I've frequented these type of shops in various states across the country. This shop is EASILY the cleanest I've been in, it has the best/friendliest staff, and the selection is really rather impressive. Perhaps most importantly, their prices are very reasonable. There's no point going to a dirty shop with a staff that would rather be anywhere else, when Magic Smoke & Vape is here and open 7 days a week.

Huge selection of all kinds of products. They have tons of smoking Paraphernalia. They have a huge selection of e liquid and tons of different mods available for purchase as well. The guy that help me was extremely Friendly and I would definitely return to make a purchase for more eliquid.
