I purchase an item recently and it broke. I called back and the young woman who helped me was severely nice. This was my second time in this store and even started my Christmas Shopping for some individuals on my list. So the young lady remembered me and said bring the product in and we will exchange it for you. So a couple of days later I got into the store. Some guy is very cold and condescending. Refuses to help me because I didn't bring in a receipt. I was disappointed and asked to speak to the owner because he would have remembered me. He claims he was the owner. Please be careful. Their products are not worth the value.
