Super friendly staff! Always willing to help out when I’m looking for recommendations. They have never been rude even when I’m asking tons of questions, which is why I always come back here! They’ve even helped me out when I came in with a faulty coil thinking my whole mod was broken, and replaced it for me for free!! I’ve never had a bad experience here, every single person I’ve met here is super nice and knowledgeable!

Joseline is an amazing associate! Brandon is great too! I just met Brandon and he has great customer service but Joseline I have known for a while and she always does a great job greeting me when I come in and getting me all the vape products I need. Great job team! Update: started working in mesa so I hadn’t been to this location for a bit, went back one day and Joseline still works there. She is so sweet, even told me that she missed me and wants me to come back here so we can chat some more. Love that girl’s smile so I just might do that. 😊
