Caroline is the best! The energy as soon as you walk in is captivating and relaxing. Her knowledge on smoking and CBD is encouraging for yourself to learn more. The product it self speaks and keep you going. I can't wait to give my 8 years old dog a treat to see how calm and relax he can now be. I’ve been going to CBD Shaman in Scottsdale, for over a year now. I had always been curious as to what they’re all about so I went in to see. I was instantly pleased as I was greeted by a kind/friendly saleswoman and beautiful storefront. There are comfy couches in an inviting seating area and well organized products along the walls- everything from CBD topical creams to dog treats.

At the time, I really had no idea what the CBD Shaman was all about though. Luckily, the salesperson there was extremely knowledgable about the technology of CBD Shaman and all of the various products. She even invited me to sit down and try some samples! I learned so much that day and fell in love with their innovative products.

My favorite product is the CBGo. Although I cant tell you about the technology well enough, I can boast about the effects and how I use it! Each morning, I put one dropper of CBGo into some water, stir, and drink. I get the normal beneficial effects of CBD plus a non-jittery boost of energy. This has become my alternative to coffee and sugary energy drinks! I can drink it in the morning or anytime I need a pick-me-up. I go into CBD Shaman every few weeks to get this and although I love the products, my favorite thing about visiting, is that the warm/friendly staff that now knows my name and treats me like an old friend.

Caroline Morgan (store manager) is on of my favorite salespeople there. She always greets me with a warm and friendly smile and kind hello. Just as a real shaman would, Caroline listens to what’s going on in my life, then educates me about the medicine (product) that would be best for me. She never tries to up-sell me but instead teaches me about the various options then let’s me choose what I think would work best. She’s extremely knowledgable about the technology behind the products and that has given me faith in the company. That is invaluable imo.

Obviously, CBD can be bought just about everywhere these days. Good quality CBD products are hard to find though! At CBD Shaman I never have to worry about the quality or authenticity of the products. At first it seemed a little expensive for me, but after trying the products (like the CBGo, Topical Pain Ointment, water soluble tinctures, gummies, drinks, etc) I now know that it’s worth every penny!

I’m very grateful for stumbling upon CBD Shaman, specifically the Scottsdale store. The products have greatly enhanced my life/helped me to quit coffee/energy drinks and various pharmaceutical drugs. (I don’t even take Tylenol anymore, as the topical ointment can alleviate deep pain in joints and muscles! Mind-blowing, I know.) I look forward to going into the store every couple of weeks. Whether it’s Caroline or another employee, I can always trust that I am in good hands. I’ll always be greeted by a warm/friendly face who can help me find the products will best enhance my life.

I am a first time customer. Upon entering the store I was impressed with the tranquil beauty of the merchandising as well as the incredible smell. I was greeted by Evelyn Fox who helped me with navigate all of the amazing. She was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and hooked me up with some cool sample. After ordering from this company online for many years I was excited to find out that they had a physical store in Scottsdale! I didn’t know they had brick and mortars, and it’s so much more convenient when I am running low than having to order online. Every time I visit the store Caroline is working and she is so very helpful, welcoming, and kind! She is extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell she really cares about the product and her customers. I have been using the water soluble oil for several years and it’s helped me more than anything else I have ever tried (including prescriptions). I love that when I take it in the morning it doesn’t make me tired or have any other unwanted side effects, but it has made a huge improvement in my daily anxiety level and overall mood, especially when used regularly. So many companies in this market are fly by night places trying to cash in, so I really appreciate the longevity and consistency with this brand. I highly recommend visiting the store and talking to Caroline!

Taber Garcia is the freaking man! He has the knowledge if you need to know about cbd. He gave me insight on what will work and what might not.

Visited CBD American Shaman on Scottsdale Rd. Evelyn was very helpful explaining the different delivery methods of CBD for pain, sleep & overall well being. She gave us some samples to try along with some reading which I appreciate. We’ll be visiting again as we learn in these couple of days what helps.

I need to edit my post... SHAMAN, shame on you !! I stopped back into the store and was hoping to find a cheery Caroline and all I got was a nimrod who told me that she was FIRED !!! How could you ?? WTH ? Dang guys.... she was really good with customers. I don't understand why you would do that. I guess someone who works there must have a big ego or something. Wow is all I can say and I hope your sales go in the toilet .. you won't get any more from me...

First off, the store is very clean and the atmosphere was really peaceful and relaxing. Second thing that was really nice was Caroline. She gave me her undivided attention and explained their products and what the benefits were if used properly. She was not pushy or arrogant but really seemed concerned about what I needed.
I have been back several times and have had positive results each time.

Walked in intending to buy something to try. I'd bought CBD before but never felt it did anything. They gave me samples. I can say 20mg of their gummies made me feel mentally calmer and reduce some feelings of muscle soreness after working out (I weigh 215lb), which is all I was really after. So I'm happy, appreciative, and glad to go back for more.
