I came by here on Thursday and a very nice gentleman assisted me with my needs. I purchased a few items, but was hesitant on a product, but thought I might pick it up the next morning. He told me they opened at 9 am, so I showed up the next morning at 10:15 and the store was dark? I called the number posted in print on your door and it’s out of service? I went to your website and called that number but no service? I guess the question is : Are you still in business? Just nice to have a smoke shop in a great community! Just hoping the best for you 🙏

Hands down best shop for all your smoking and vaping needs. Always have what I am looking for and if they don’t, they do everything they can to find it. Great crew of guys. Keep up the good work.

This place has a great selection of anything you can need. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Its definitely my go to place.

I absolutely love this place. The prices are very reasonable and their selection is great, but the reason to come is the service. The people who work here are genuinely nice and take the time to get to know their customers.

I was SO thrilled when I saw that there was finally a vape/smoke shop near me!! Even in walking distance! (Bonus!!). The staff is very welcoming and will go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for!! I went in looking for a specific vape kit, however they didn’t have it in stock at this location. The owner quickly called one of the other locations to see if they had any there and lucky me they had what I was looking for!! He told me he would grab it and bring it with him to the Grayhawk location within the next couple of days for me. So about 2-3 days later I called in, Carson answered the phone and I asked if by any chance it was there, and sure enough; it was there waiting for me!!!! I also asked if they did any price matching and he said under certain guidelines, yes. I mentioned that I had seen the exact kit that I was buying, online for less than what they had it priced for. Carson confirmed that he was able to match the price I had found online and I was on my way to the shop!! When I arrived they had me open up the kit just to make sure it was for sure what I wanted, nothing was wrong with it, and all the accessories were in the box. I also grabbed a bottle of juice and was offered a discounted price as well. iSmoke is definitely a one stop shop. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!! God these guys are great. They’ll explain juice, glass, pills, legislation, what they can and can’t get (and why), they’re stocked and not judgmental, the owner is really patient and helpful...just an a plus, clean, trustworthy place. Highly recommended.
