Very organized, employees know their stuff for sure. You get a one star deduction for making people wear masks. Power trip owner for sure. I said "you do not trust science"? We have sick customer, I say they should get vaccinated!

Just remember Pinetop/Showlow roll up the sidewalks early😜

The customer service was lousy the individual behind the counter assisting me show no concern no conversation no information no concern for my needs I informed him that this was my first time being there he did not care to explain or show concern I called back left a message for the manager to get ahold of me haven't heard nothing yet to inform them about what I experienced they need to hire people that care our needs because they deal with the product and they know what the product can do I believe I will take my business somewhere else cuz I should be treated with respect and concern so I can be a satisfied customer

Not much on selection actually looking for another dispensary use to love this place but ever since legalization it seems like quality went down and rec users are catered to more than the med holders smh very disappointed... Oh and to top it off I asked for the best indica concentrate and was given a sativa dom hybrid which isn't helping my anxiety.... Felt like a week long tweak binge's paranoid comedown after smoking it.... I'd rather drive down the mountain than deal with them again...

I mean they totally forgot to give me the prerolls I ordered and I had to drive all the way back to get it (drive is 20 minutes one way). Not really cool but whatever I guess
