The PAs Are knowledgeable and friendly. They take their time when placing orders and make sure that the patients feel comfortable with what they are getting and understand how their purchase will help ease their medical issue. They also have a spacious waiting room. The dispensary floor is well lit & open, with product well displayed. If you're in show low or just cruising through, make sure you stop by GHPC.

First time visiting the dispensary. Really great staff they were busy and totally working as team. It was easy to find using leafly. I love their selection of medicine I especially enjoy the copper state farms dna flower. I purchased the recon kush and jelly doughnut both really wonderful strains.

I love the staff. They greet me by name. They are thoroughly knowledgeable about all the products they sell. They don't push or try to get you to buy any certain product. I'm not familiar with prices at other dispensaries, and the prices, while a little on the high side, should be taken in context. You don't have monthly dr's visits or copays, no peeing in a cup, you are free to decide yourself what best suits your circumstances. If you feel the quality is not up to your standards, perhaps you should re-evaluate why you need such a high daily dosage, sign up with a restrictive pain clinic, or go to a different dispensary. On the one occasion I felt the product was substandard, I brought it to their attention at next visit. They welcomed my feedback, since it's the way they know what products to keep and which ones to drop. As a small town, I feel very fortunate to have the dispensary at all.

I tried putting in my order multiple times through the website which would not work so I then tried calling multiple times and did not receive any answer. I then called a last time someone FINALLY answered only to tell me they only do a certain number of orders a day. I will remember not to return here on my next vacation out to pinetop. Terrible customer service.
