Disappointed in the lack of friendly service, and they had no desire to accommodate my special needs; I am hearing impaired. They were simply ignoring my request for them to please speak up, and made me feel rushed in my purchase and if I was taking too long to "decide"

I went in a month ago and purchased a vape. Today it wasn't charging and I spent extra money for their warranty. When I arrived I have lost my identification but clearly I am over the age of 21. The short long brown haired girl in there asked for my I'd. I explained I lost it (mind you it is Saturday so I can't get another one) however I did have my passport but she didn't give me time to explain further. She told me I couldn't be in the store because I would get her fired with no I'd. I explained that the product wasn't working. She said I can't help you and you can't be here. Refusal to help a clearly over 21 person is not exceptable I will tell everyone to go to the other dozen stores and I will never go back there. I also called and asked for a managers number or district manager number and was told that was confidential. No one has called me so they probably didn't even give my number to anyone. Worst place to shop. Took my money and when a problem came up refused me service

They charge over 17 dollars for a pack of Nord 2 pods, and they’re $4 online. The entire Nord 2 Kit, brand new, complete with pods and coils is $20 online. Oh, and once you’ve figured out you were price gouged, there’s no way to return the items as the store seems to have a strict no return policy! What if I were to purchase the wrong item or was given the wrong item? (Which has happened here before, and I was also not able to return/ replace)
Moral of the story, make sure to check your prices online first.

Absolutely amazing service! The girl was so helpful and sweet! I'm from Cali and my son who has a brain tumor ran out of his CBD capsules! They happen to be having a special on the products I need! So she hooked me up! Will definitely be back next time I come through!

The staff is super friendly and very helpful! Great customer service every time I visit the store. Matthew and Megan are my go to for any recommendations on CBD products and really anything they carry in store. Great atmosphere in store and super clean. MUCH better business all around than Vape City; from keeping consistent product restocks to how they treat each customer that walks through the door.

Absolutely love this place out of all vape stores in Russellville. Friendliest employees, always helpful, I typically know what I want, so no hassling me on things I don’t need or want. But for anyone new to vaping I’m sure they would explain everything to anyone needing help. Thank you all for everything you do!

Patient and knowledgeable employees. Explained a lot to me in simple terms!! Checked out both sides... Had tons of flavors and many many devices. Would've gave 5 but saw signs and ads for free sample and was never offered one. Was offered soda or water which was good.
