I've been to BPG several times, and always leave feeling somewhat satisfied. Their quality is good, but man do they get you on price. It's pretty ridiculous to be honest. The service really depends on who helps you, as some clearly just want to move the line and are not very helpful. I recently went to Purple Heart in Oakland and their prices are much more reasonable(with tax included in price so there is no guessing game what you will pay at the register) and their quality is just as good. Personally, I will be going to Purple Heart for now on and would recommend you give them a try too unless you're rich.

I I have been coming to this location for years and it’s always been great product and majority of employees are friendly besides the girl at the front door as security!! She is always high on the clock, very rude and aggressive when taking your ID!! I think management should address this issue as it seems like I’m not the only one who is bringing it to your attention.

Good products at a decent price, the staff is friendly and helpful. I like the place but I also wouldn't go out of my way to go here, it's way more of a place I go to for convenience when I'm in the neighborhood.

I miss the indoor smoking room they used to have so patients could sit around chatting and smoking together.

Alan help me today and it was a great experience. As he recommended a flower for me, giving what I was looking for he hit it spot on. First time really here but will for sure come back. Recommended to others please.

Unfortunately crowded, and the POS experience during COVID (with gloves) was pretty frustrating for product discovery and payment.
Will try again because the people were so nice.

I have found doctors who I like for me and my daughter, I don't wait overlong to see them, and on the whole I feel I receive quality care. I do feel rushed through at times (the doctors obviously have many appointments per day / it's not possible to discuss things in great depth), but my doctor is good about emailing me back if I have questions. Bottom line: maybe too big of a practice for some people's preference, but if you get a good doctor there it's a nice enough facility.

Great selection, high prices. Option to pre-order online--which is very time-saving, and reduces time spent standing in line considerably. During lunch breaks--especially just before a weekend after payday--expect long lines. Always manage to get parking in their lot.

BPG is the best dispensary i ever been in shopping. I was out in Berkeley on vacation and this place has nice workers. The location and accuracy of product knowledge is wonderful. I recommend this place for your medicine. The office is very neat and well organized! Thank you for a perfect experience if I ever make it back to Berkeley i will go straight there for shopping. If you are looking for Sativa you will find the best. The restrooms are clean and convenient. This is a dispensary you can brag on to friends and family. The bus stop is near by if you are commuting.

Website says place an order by 4:30p for same day delivery, I placed my order before 1:30p never heard anything from them, order just said "pending" online. Called multiple times over the course of 4hrs no one answered or returned my message. Finally got thru to someone around 6p they placed me on hold for 15mins until I finally hung up and tried to call back to which they proceeded not to answer since it was close to closing time. I ended up waiting all day for them when I could have took my business elsewhere. Thanks for the great customer service and communication. Won't ever waste my time placing a delivery order with them again. SMH
