Frond Desk staff was extremely rude and obnoxious. Most items are not displayed and if you are not super familiar with products, it may take a bit to make a selection. There are much better options in town. I went there as it was close to my place but probably won't repeat.

They are reliable with what they provide, not only with more than one product, but it usually stays stocked on all the items I buy to portion my use for the month. The best thing is I get to keep up with the cannabis news with magazines so I always get a treat to read as I am smoking or waiting for an edible.

It was good for awhile, their prices as fair as can be under the circumstances and i genuinely like many of the staff. Until about a week ago. I dont know what scenario my stalkers have running there, but please be aware, i in fact have no criminal history and do not accept charity and any post or profile you may have been directed to or things you may 'overhear' should be regarded with scepticism. BTW Was it that young blackhaired chick who met me on the corner abd followed me back? She had a badge and had a sneaky vibe.

The last time I went here I had the worst experience at BPG. I've had bad experiences there, but not like this.
I went in to buy a gram of $10 Cali Gold hash. I had $5 on my points card according to an old receipt. I go there, and my "budtender" (not at all) tells me i only have $3 on it. So I'm like okay fine. I hand him $20 and ask if I can take the points off the card to use towards the hash. He says sure. And then he hands me back $2. I ask him why, I should be getting $12 back since it would have cost about $7. Then he rings up a new total on some calculator and tells me it'll cost $11. At this point I don't even care if I got money off the hash, I just want to go home. So I pay him. And then I get home and realize the second receipt he gave me said I don't have any money on my points card. So I looked up the balance on my card (the website is on the back of the card) and it says I have $0. What the hell happened to my money?!
Bottom line, save your time and cash and don't go here.
Also- the only person I like here is Chelsea.

This place has great prices and great products but the young security lady at the front is very unprofessional and ghetto!! Hella rude, music loud on her phone and looks like she is high herself! Not a way to run a business!

This place has the best selection of concentrate and bud I've seen anywhere else, not to mention its potency - the concentrate is at a good price if you can find the right stuff - also any issues I have had I was able to work out easily with a manager. Great place to go to or get delivery from!

Great employees who are extremely mistreated. Great medicine that is extremely overpriced. I would suggest supporting a cannabis company run by people of color and run with employee and community wellness in mind. Not run by corporate white male millionaires. You think they will care about you and your medical issues once cannabis goes rec this year? Think again..
Dont forget... where we spend our money is important. Don't support those who don't support you and your community.

Highly unsatisfied..not only did you guys delete my old account with my rewards.. because I haven't come n a few months..covid-19 why travel to Berkeley..plus all these bullcrap taxes y'all charging..not like this n Richmond or Oakland..won't be coming anytime soon. Until it's resolved

Getting rid of delivery sucked super hard, especially now that it's raining all the time. Kinda sucks, I only ever go to them once in a while now because of it. Other than that, okay quality. Best prices.

Ordered online, got a confirmation when it was ready to be picked up, and had no line when I stopped by to grab my order. That was the good. The bad part was when I read my receipt, which showed that I got taxed three times, and one of those taxes was a compound tax - meaning it not only taxes the product, it taxed me for paying the other two taxes. Anybody should know that you do not get taxed on the money you've already paid to the government. Finally, I emailed them and got no response. Very unprofessional. The order I sent online was processed nearly immediately, but my concern goes unanswered. It's thievery, and other dispensaries don't tax you like this.
