The owner Odin was in during my visit to the shop and he was very kind and respectful. He had a good variety of glass, art, decor, and more. Definitely a unique shop worth checking out. Will definitely be back.

Amazing customer Service - especially considering the rather snarky/elitist attitude I receive at every other smoke shop in Chico. The clerk was more than happy to not only answer my questions thoroughly but also unboxed and demonstrated all products that I seemed even the least bit interested in - allowing me to fully understand each product and its specifications - all of this without the slightest bit of irritation or frustration at my lack of knowledge on the particular subject - which I have received at every other establishment here in town. This refreshing experience surely will not be my last as I plan to make Odins my new regular spot. . .

The nicest man running/owning this shop! He’s knowledgeable about his products and doesn’t try to push you into spending a ton of money. He just guides you in the direction to help you with whatever you need. Really appreciate his attitude and assortment of products. Only place I’ll go to from here on out.

I stopped in to buy a vape. It was my 3rd stop. The best customer service I've had in awhile. Excellent customer service! I would absolutely go back for that reason alone. Very polite well spoken helpful. I would really like to see this business do well. Odin's smoke and vape shop is awesome!

Sense the quarantine, the shop I usually go too has been shut down. Me and my friend came with little expectations but found quite a delightful experience! The cashier was kind and great to interact with. He seemed well informed and had good knowledge of the products. At the end, the dude threw in a free cookie for my friend and myself! A worthy merchant for thor himself! You will be seeing me again! Bought my customer loyalty with a cookie!

Best smoke shop in town, he has everything you need for you smoking needs, the owner is awesome and he's a genuine dude. Some shops in town are overrated, this shop should be getting way more hype!!

The owner is really great. Super knowledgeable about product, willing to help and explain. The store is very clean, and welcoming. Nicest one in Chico. They have a lot of really nice glass, a good variety of puff bars, vape juices, rolling papers, and an array of clothing. He also has his own CBD line for sale here.
