They're fast responding, communicate well and delivery was quicker than most others I've ordered through. Chaz (I believe was the name of my deliverer) called to make sure I was ready and when he showed up a few minutes later, he was super professional and official looking with his company shirt and badge. To top it off he was so nice. They also carry products I'm familiar with so that was a bonus. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have experienced many of Chico‘s delivery services as well as working for a dispensary in the past and Organic Care has been by far number one in meeting my expectations as far as product, continuity with the sales representatives, (when you actually feel like talking to a real human) instead the of overwhelming impersonation of ordering online.
Megan has completely accommodated and always made things right when the rare instance of error had occurred .
Drivers have been nothing less than kind and respectful even willingness to accommodate change of pick up time, depending on The circumstances they never fail to accommodate……they’re very easy to communicate with all of them……both of Justin‘s lol and Andrew it’s always a pleasure to call and be lucky enough to get Chaz on the other end as the person taking my order he’s knowledgeable in the product and I can always rely on him to steer me in the right direction. He’s familiar with my preference s and my dislikes and accommodates appropriately all in all I find quality product a caliber above

A few months ago this would have been a five star review. Not sure what has happened to this company over the last few months, but they are in decline. I never use to have to ask for etas, but the last three times I have ordered I have had to ask over and over for the estimated time of delivery. Twice I have had drivers show up unannounced or outside of the ETA. Also the price is never what my receipt say it will be. Sometimes it's less and sometimes it's more. All this plus the shrinking menu has me looking elsewhere.

driver forgot a few items. i noticed after they left. i wasnt sure i would be able to get a refund. they delivered the missing items within 50 min. im very happy. next time i will check before they leave. 10/10
