Great location and amazing staff! Only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because their discounts can’t compete with larger markets nearby…
However It also feel like one of the safest and most secure dispensaries I’ve ever been to. Definitely puts you at Ease. Ask for Diana, she’s amazing and helpful! And don’t forget to tip your budtenders :)

Moved back to the N Bay and this place was not far from where i am. Super nice little store. Very organized and clean, helpful giggly owner(s), Prices are tax included. Awesome product selection with mostly local bay brands and the popular legal CA products. Everything u want in a dispensary experience. Budtenders are knowledgeable and security is always friendly af. Love it. Thx RDR!

First time getting into cannabis remedies, broke my leg and decided to try alternatives to opiates for pain. This place is awesome. The staff here are super knowledgeable! It's definitely a great place! I'm taking tinctures, gummies, and patches. They made me feel super comfortable and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They explained everything and are super supportive! They even asked me to come back and give them an update on how I was doing! They genuinely care! The best first time experience that I could ask for!

Just moved to this area and had an okay experience here. Even though their Google page says they offer curbside pickup, the woman on the phone gave me the vibe that they don't like doing curbside orders. My dog is special needs so he can't be left alone, so I often do curbside and delivery for all my errands. But when I asked about coming out with the order she said "um..... (long pause) yeah I guess we can do that this time." So I felt kinda bad, but I just assumed they did curbside since that's what their Google says. Also, when they guy brought out my change, he gave me a full $10, no 5's or 1's, and I didn't want to ask him to run back in and out again due to how the woman sounded on the phone, so I didn't get to tip him. So yeah great selection here, but customer service was ehhhh and they should update their stuff online and take off curbside pickup. I'm going to check out Cloverdale Wellness next because I think they offer curbside and delivery. I might also come back here when I don't have my dog with me because their selection is great.

Best location!!!! if you"re on the road traveling and stopping for gas look across the street and you see a Despensary. 1st time at Red Door and was it very nice. The security officer had a great vibe and greeted with such happiness. Good atmosphere, good vibes and the people are really nice and helpful.

EXCELLENT drive up service! Right off 101 exit in Cloverdale. HELPFUL attendant catered to my specifications quickly and Informatively. Good prices. Takes CASH and DEBIT. Great stop if you're travelling north to the redwoods. Fun Uncle is a good mid for the OG smokers.

Horrible experience, poor uneducated sales staff, how lack professionalism. Find another spot, this isn’t the one! No menu at all to see what they offer. I was told to “look in line” at their menu, wow inexperienced and unprofessional employee. If I could give a no star I would. I understand social distancing and COVID respectively, and you can’t offer a curbside menu for patients or rec customers? If you’re the owner reading this and I hope you do, fire a lot of these inexperienced and unprofessional employees, you need to get your money back.
