Amazing customer service and time management. I love the atmosphere as well, with the ocean theme decor. It is a welcoming and calm environment. The tenders are knowledgeable about the products and uses.

I really don't think any business should be allowed to ask a customer to link their bank accounts to website in order to purchase. It's confusing, suspicious and an invasion of privacy. But if I pay in person I'm greeted with more fees. There's no convenience.

Spoiler alert: I was the one who messed up. So I bought a cartridge here and I thought the cartridge was broken. I insisted the issue was not with my battery. The manager was kind and gave me a free battery. Sure enough, when I got home the cartridge worked just fine. Even though she knew I was wrong, she was nice about it. Now they’ve gained me as a new customer.

Way to many fees just to buy in the town of Davis. Never go n back there. Can't browse the product with out help . Everything behind a counter .Way to steril!!!

The dispensery was clean and well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and offers their advice freely. My wife is a cancer survivor and had specific questions in that area. The staff didn't bat an eyelash as he answered her questions and providing multiple options for her consideration.

Bad selection with fake staff. They're really nice until they screw you over, only then do they try their best to justify themselves...and then treat you like an outcast. Product management is awful because selection is never consistent. Go here if you like gambling, because you never know if you're getting a good deal or being ripped off.

I made my first visit today. I ordered online and they filled the order in less than two minutes. I was able to stay in the car and pick up the order curbside, which is a deal-breaker for me at this time. The staff was very friendly and came out to the car as soon as I called to let them I know I was there. Great service, nice selection, and I can't imagine it being any more convenient.
