Very friendly security and staff. Non-pandemic time, the waiting area is very inviting and calm. You are called in to the store/purchase area and a door closes behind you. Not in a weird way but a safe way. The people who are complicated about paying in cash or being required to supply a current proof of identification need to catch up on policy. Dispensaries have had to proceed under certain guidelines. Many do take cards now anyway, it is a new and ever changing industry. In any case, the Collective is very knowledgeable, patient, don't worry about snobbery or pressure from this place.

Awesome customer service. I am 69 years old, I have needed a lot of help from staff for advice for best cbd/thc for my physical severe pain, anxiety, and depression. All staff have been extremely friendly, helpful, compassionate, and patient with me iincluding the security guards. 5 stars!!!!!!!! I could have avoided if mental, and physical pain being locked in mental hospitals that was extremely traumatizing. I luv you all, and have the deepest respect for you. God bless you!

Really good selection in comparison to F st dispensary, the taxes are a little high and no discount when you order online but the selection is top notch. My only issue is the taxes are super high. One cartridge has $20 tax added to it. I do not understand, the only thing I can think of is where it is located. Please lower the taxes because this is by far my favorite place but taxes and 45 min drive one way kills me.

Poor selection and quality. They only accept cash or they tack on like $5 to your order. A $7 pre rolled was 14 out the door. Better off going to the hood.

i don't always write a review of where I shop but I'm making a exception today in this time, I dont usually take a receipt either. I got my regulare order from them and was like this is weird its a few dollars more than usual I even said that to the cashier he gave me a 5 percent discount which was nice thanks but the reason it was so high was the fact I only got five items I only wanted 5 cuz it comes out to be under 60 dollars which helps me be able to buy other things, on the receipt it says I purchased 6 items I dony have 6 items I got 5 payed for 6. I guess I will have to look more closely about how many items they charge me, my bad for not checking ur bad for actually doing it.
