went in today july 8 and cameron ‘helped’ me. i explained that i knew nothing and when i asked my questions he was not as helpful as he shouldve been. he deflected this horrible customer service by using pleasantry words like please and thank u. definitely will not come back because of cameron. learn how to speak to new customers who openly tell you they kno nothing and dont make them feel stupid for asking questions. please and thank you.

This place is great! My first time in this store was so much fun. From walking in to checking out, everyone was amazing. The front desk people who signed me in were so friendly. One girl even took the time to come with me to bud counter and explain the set up. First thing I noticed was how chill and casual it is. Most shops are overwhelming to me. There’s normally a lot of stuff everywhere and I can’t even figure out what products there are cuz it’s all behind the counter. Not here! I was able to check out all the flower strains myself and then I wandered the perimeter walls and got to check out all the other products. Another employee was super helpful at the counter and then Edith rung me up and was so friendly and fun. I can’t wait to go back. They all made me feel special. What a great surprise walking into this new shop. And only 4 mins from my house. Thanks guys!

My girlfriend and I went to Embarc for the first time and the environment was warm, welcoming, and friendly, and Marc and Damien were both knowledgeable and very helpful to us, without being pushy at all. It was cool to be able to walk around and shop at a dispensary without having to ask someone behind the counter if you can see product. Huge improvement
