The guy (Sam) that works at the Millennium Smoke Shop in Grass Valley was very helpful and informative. I had fun shopping with him and I'm excited about the things that I bought.

Thank you so much Millenium Smoke Shop for another great experience. I went in to replace a broken banger and found this beauty. This is the second piece I have bought from the shop and I will continue to patron this biz for the great selection and amazing customer service. They always have a few epic pieces that I would love to own. Ellie was in the shop tonight and was super fun and helpful picking out the proper ash catcher and bowl to make this a winning show piece(we went through a bunch to find the right one). Im freaking stoked! Thank you soo very much! I love it!

large selection of stuff, very friendly and helpful when we went in, Wednesday afternoon, July 2022. Only looked at vape pens, but they have a really good selection, decent price. Store seemed clean and tidy. Parking is free on the street down the side of the shop.

Scam artists, no question. I've had prior negative experiences with this shop but this one has really taken the cake. I bought a wax pen (YoCan Plus XL) from this store along with 5 coils, totaling over $130, only for the wax pen to break overnight in FOUR DAYS with VERY minimal usage. Clearly a defective pen, however I was denied a refund AS WELL AS EVEN AN EXCHANGE, basically told "tough luck". Pen was barely used, but dude didn't even look at it. I tried to call the customer service number listed on their door, four separate times mind you, and each time the call would not go through as "the line is busy". So, I have no doubt in my mind the number is only there for show, and they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Just go to Cigarette City 3, at least they won't scam you over there. You'll never be getting my business (or that of my friends/family) ever again. I had planned on buying a PuffCo Peak, but clearly it's much more customer-friendly to just buy it online. At least then I'll know I won't be scammed out of hundreds of dollars

I want to say how great your employee was today, helping me with a unique situation, calling her manager, working through a solution, and in the end finding a solution that worked well for me and for the store. Give that girl a raise, she is an asset to your business. Thank you. I own a local business, I understand both the problems you face, and also how important it is to find solutions that make your customers happy and also work for you. Great people, great selection, and an amazing location I absolutely love this glass shop. With it's welcoming staff and beautiful displays all I wanted to do was look at each individual work of functional art. The associates that I've had the pleasure of dealing never gave my wife and I any hassle and assisted with every one of our obnoxious requests 🤣🤣 Thank again to the staff of Millennium Smoke Shop

I've been to a number of smoke shops to feed my nicotine addiction and what makes this one stand above the rest and have 5 stars is Ellie. I've never botherd to learn what coils I need for my device and often rely on the knowledge of the sales clerk, unfortunately this has resulted in me getting the wrong coil a few times from other shops and even other employees at this shop. I will also say that if you visit this shop frequently, or plan to, be sure to sign up with their membership. It's already saved me a few dollars and I didn't know about it until my 4th visit and was first helped by Elli. I don't normally take the time to review places or people and I usually buy from whatever store is closest when I need more product but Ellie gives me the confidence I'm getting the appropriate equipment with a super friendly attitude so now I make sure I'm stocked up here before I leave town.

I come in every month to get my vape supplies. Vape juice and vape coils...vape juice is always in supply but you never have the coils that I need for the vape that I bought from you personally. It would be decent if you guys kept a supply of coils for the vapes you have on sell at the front counter considering it is a smoke shop! I own a nord one...so basically I have to take my business elsewhere or I have to buy a new vape pen just to get the appropriate coils? Makes no sense! Would be cool if you had everything in supply for your customers! I spend a lot of money in your shop! I do appreciate your workers for they do work hard and are very attentive! Good job to the hard working chick I met today! I did call your store to see if you can pre order 0.4 coils for me. Sweet lady said they will be in by next week! Fingers crossed!

I needed a concentrate vape pen, so I went in and visited Ellie. Not only is she sweet and beautiful but she is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be giving more of my money to Millennium and will be visiting Ellie on the regular!
