Staff is very friendly. A comfortable environment conducive to purchasing. I enjoyed my visit, the conversation, and I left with exactly what I went for. The sales staff was not pushy at all, very informative, willing to help, and super knowledgeable. Prices were better than I have found at similar shops.

Came here to buy a pack of rolling papers and was charged $8.75, went to blazing J's two doors down and the same papers were $4.25, "must be some kind of mistake", I said to myself. "Nope" the guy at the store said, I made my best effort to return the brand new pack of papers I bought moments before just to receive a big ol "sorry bud"

Went back ten minutes later and the door was locked... long before closing time.
In my opinion I suggest the blazing j's just two doors down, I also want to point out that this review is entirely out of spite, with that said this experience is true nonetheless

I now remember why I don't go here, the girl at the counter was nice and somewhat helpful but when she ruined the item I was purchasing by trying to ser it up for me then didnt have any power to facilitate a exchange or credit. I get that they don't do refunds it is clearly posted but to not be able to issue a credit or basically do anything else but take your money with out the manager being on sute is ridiculous. I was sold a defective product that the sales girl ruined by trying to set it up for me and the only remedy I was given was to replace the defective item with the same deffective item is B.S. I wont be back.
