Friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Easy online ordering and pick up so everything was simple and easy. Great experience for a person out of town and new to the dispensary experience.

Used to love Caliva, but lately not so much. Driver was actually pretty cool and would give 5+ stars, but customer service would be 1. Pay attention to your receipt and items you are charged for when ordering. They will upcharge on items that were on sale at time of ordering and blame on a system issue then give a discount code as a resolution rather than correcting the amount charged.

Never been disappointed with product, prices, punctuality. Delivery times are always accurate, if not earlier than estimated. Drivers are friendly & professional. My driver today, "Cody Skaggs" was chill, but still professional. And kudos to him for wanting to better himself and start something new!! #LetsGetIt!!

Only giving 3 because the quality is amazing but everytime I get delivery, it's always about 5 hours until I get my stuff. I have stuff to do so I can't really wait for the driver all fricking day!

Went to Herbs and Joy they were closed for technical reasons, went to Caliva which i havent been too since theyve opened. Customer service was average, they did not know there products very well at all, not everything is "FIRE". And if you only have 1 extract and tell me its the best, kinda hard to believe this place. If you go,
just know what you want. Theyre not cannabis educated, and I want to know what im buying not what your trying to sell me to reach your quotas.
