i LOVE catalyst fam so much but just not florence. Rude service everytime time like no misses just rude service - idk if it’s because of how i look or how i speak but i always feel rushed and put off by the energy in this place. All the other catalysts I have been to, never had an issue. Budtender, rude. Girl on phone, attitude to the max. The only remotely nice person i’ve spoken with is a man who called me about my one star review for one of their budtenders but i could not stay on the phone because he called me at dinner. Angie and Alie ://///// Coincidence their names both start with A? I’ve worked in customer service AND as a budtender so I know how to treat customers properly in this exact same business.

The first thing I noticed about this store is the professionalism. It's NOT just a weed shop. These guys are experts and have knowledge on what strands of flowers can serve you best depending on your needs. The staff is Very friendly, it's a very calm and welcoming environment, this store also carries CBD, edibles, drinks, ect. They also give first timers super cool discounts with their first 3 visits.

By far THEE BEST CATALYST TO ME because it is always an amazing experience, the staff is always professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the products.. It also stands out to me because it is the only location I have gone to so far that is located in an area that would otherwise not have a legit dispensary. If I could make a suggestion to the owner can you 1.) Please bring back La Familia Rice Krispy treats, they were 🔥🔥
2.) Please consider Emerald Cup as an option for peanut butter cups. They are tastier, more potent and probably more cost effective to ur consumers versus Oasis. To me Oasis taste like it wasn’t made with love and aren’t worth the Dubb. Thank u for listening in case u read this and thank u for choosing Florence as ur home❤️
