Comfortably Numb
Although I rarely buy weed from retail stores, visiting Mammoth Lakes has led me to explore the two dispensaries here in town. Ascent Cannabis Dispensary has consistently met and exceeded my expectations for a retail Marijuana store. Not so much their competition. Although the prices are ridiculous, (as all legal marijuana shops are) I find the staff to be both friendly and knowledgeable. If you have to buy retail then I wholeheartedly recommend that you check out Ascent.

Well-organized dispensary with large variety of products. Cartridges, bud, edibles, topicals. Lots of interesting new products to browse. The staff are very helpful in giving recommendations and answering questions. They also have great daily deals.

This place is a total rip-off. They charge for bags that most stores give for free. Also, there's a pretentious vibe about the entire place. I recommend going around the corner to Green Mammoth.

Went to the store and was waiting in line, one of the store workers walks out and asks the rest of the people in the line who was first(even though no one was complaining and the guy behind us said we were first). Felt discriminated. Won’t visit this place again.
