The service was fine.Actually it was great.Great personal attention.Took the time to answer my questions.I do have 1 complaint, no receipt. I feel a receipt is mandatory, rather someone asks or not.Next time I will make sure I have a receipt.I love that the young lady there gave me great personal attention and feel she knew the product.I will definitely go back.I am sorry I don't remember the young ladies name.

I’ve been to the Embarc in South Lake Tahoe and always like the selection, service, and vibe of the store. My first time to The Martinez location and Jahmi was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had some amazing specials on a variety of products. I will be back again soon!

I really like the customer service at this place they're always very helpful. I often forget my glasses and they're here and read whatever I need them to read cuz it's riding on most of those things are really small. But it's very much appreciated to have good customer service these days when it's lacking and all sales places these days. So I really appreciate that. The packaging everything is very neat and clean in the store. It's very fast and a huge huge variety of things to choose from pain relief to topical to edibles from very potent to have different types of effects and they seem to know all of them the people that work there which is really helpful and appreciated it amazes me how much he's young kids know compared to myself but it's really cool. They're so professional about it all. Thoroughly enjoy going there every time. Kid in a candy store. Keep up the good work
