I have never had a bad experience coming here, I go every week sometimes even twice the employees are nice and very helpful, now today 3/17/22 I went and out of all the days I go today I had a bad experience not with the employee but with the owner, but I was next in line she said I can help who’s next I told her I wanted some wax she told me to go check out the wax and to take my time looking, I looked and she never came to attend me I had the person behind get help first before me, I had to ask one of her employees to help me out, irszel was very nice to help me out. How is the owner going to say she’s going to help you out and leave to chitchat with her employees and not help the customer.

Sarah is AMAZING! Although most of my visit are quick and to the point, she always try to create a comfortable atmosphere when she is taking my order. We had short conversations about a music video that came up and she made it seem like we have been friends for awhile!
