First time visiting a place like this. Excellent customer service. The lady who verified my info was so helpful and understanding. I think she is the owner. She gave me excellent advice. The young man who helped me was outstanding. I'm difficult to please, but he went above what I'd ever expect from any customer service member, ever. Very reasonable prices for CBD high stuff. No marked disabled parking, which is ironic. Disabled customers have to park in front to get on the ramp. They still exceeded my expectations.

We recently went there for our first time. What a wonderful change - so clean, nice, helpful, courteous staff who made sure we were comfortable. Not to mention the prices ARE affordable - nice to see in these times. Highly recommend a visit!

most ppl there are nice .. one younge guy w glasses looks so stoned I'm surprised he can function... and the older lady must b a boss.. since he had his nose so far up her rear I think they had the same shirt collar. That same woman was incredibly rude to other employees. The blonde lady is very nice, but pushes the upsell a bit hard. The older gentleman and security guard are very personable. The whole direction taken by legalization regarding dispensaries, has put a very bad taste in the mouths of those ppl that made thier existence possible to begin with. It's a pay to play setup. In light of that fact, Queens should be putting a bit more energy into modernizing thier building, expanding selection, and by all means replacing that rude old lady and her sidekick...full of themselves employees that you see soon as u come in. a cpl of them could use some serious lessons in how to talk to customers. Hence why I now go to Sundial. like night and day. unlike Queens, the customer is always right.
