As a fairly regular shopper and a local grocery store manager I had the best experience today with a defective cartridge. I bought a cartridge and after an hour of attempts it would not unplug or draw. I took back the cartridge with all the original packaging and my receipt and went to the counter, the guy and gal who helped me with my purchase were there and called the manger to the front. It was an easy exchange process and the manager even gave me a preroll for my inconvenience. The staff there is always amazing and super friendly, I'm a service manager and regional trainer for my grocery corporation..........this is how you keep regular customers and go above and beyond every day. Always an absolute great experience with the staff and products in the store. Your staff is always top notch and so is the customer service they provide! Thank you for a great experience! I will continue to be a repeat local customer because of your customer service.

Everything is on display in a way you can touch and see up close. Then you grab a ticket and take it to the check out counter to get your ticket choices. I love that I can look at the package or flower and read the strain and THC percentage and dosage with out having to ask the bud tender a million times. I can also take my sweet slow time cuz they have it set up in a way that there is no line waiting for their turn to look. ALSO they have a great price range and their "cheep stuff" is hight quality with high THC.

This is one of my favorite places to stop for any cannabis products. The prices are great. The preroll cones and flower selections are some of the best in town. Preroll Cones the Elyon lineup is very nice. Infused cones Kingpen brand is very nice. Flower, you can start basically anywhere on the shelf no matter the price and still get something good. Even the 9.99 prerolls on the counter are good. I buy my Clear distillate refill here and it's 20 plus tax.

I’ve been to all the dispensaries in South Lake and Cannablue is BY FAR the best on all levels. Really chill and lovely staff (very knowledgeable and helpful). Beautiful and really neat space/ environment. And they have the best product selection in all areas. Highly recommend!
