We have operated with compassion at the core of our mission which has enabled TWC to fund programs for low income and terminally ill patients. Tahoe Wellness Center also funds a community center which has free services that are open to the greater community of Lake Tahoe. Wow! Am I ever happy I found this place! I'm in town for a conference and I just had hip surgery. Needless to say, all that time on my feet was causing a lot of pain. I needed meds quick, because I'd already used what I packed. Alexis was amazinggggg! She was super friendly and professional from the second I walked in this BEAUTIFUL dispensary. A quick run down of my symptoms and Alexis immediately had suggestions for pain and insomnia. I walked out with some top notch tablets for the pain, and some lovely, terpy flower from two different farms (they're both great buys!) for my other ailments, both physical and psychic. I will definitely be hitting this place up on my way out of town in a week. Very, very impressed by all the staff and the selection. The prices were great compared to my home county, and the local art on display was mind-blowing. The locals are lucky to have this business!

If it wasn't so far from my house, I'd be here literally everyday. They have by far the lowest pricing of any dispensary in Tahoe. While the staff is not the most friendly, welcoming, warm, outgoing- they are satisfactory. They offer delivery but only in the 96150 zip code. Again, if they expanded to the 89449 I would be a customer for life.

Came in to buy a clone a few weeks ago. The clone is mad healthy and growing up strong. As for the store, they have a crazy selection. They staff is AWESOME. Some of the nicest most helpful staff I've come across at a dispensary. The one thing I was surprised about, in a good way, was the Amazing art on the walls. I know that doesn't have much to do with it but take a look when you stop by. Keep it up!
