Everyone is very kind and helpful! I was trying to help my special needs 22 y/o grandson place his first order online and I was clueless, so really needed help with it. I called and the nice people who I spoke to made everything just fall into place. No problem! And my grandson truly appreciates the delivery and loves the products he bought. Have been coming here for a long time but will never return do to how rude staff was being. I was served by Alondra and not only did she have no suggestions for me, she was short, rude, and kept rolling her eyes while I was asking questions. I will not be going back until whoever runs this place can get their staff together. The product isn’t bad but the staff make it a truly unwelcoming environment, that I now feel uncomfortable being in.

Didn’t get inside without a woman that works there being extremely rude and slamming the door in our faces. Better off driving out of California for bud than going to this overpriced shack and dealing with that nonsense. Maybe hire staff that uses the product. Because she clearly needs to try.

I'm super upset. First when I ordered online it gave me an option to buy some product. They told me that they weren't supposed to have that deal going. So that put my order at $47 and because it was $47 they wouldn't deliver because the order was now under 50. They told me I would have to reorder. I did and then my account was cancelled. They told me to make another account which I did but my order went in at 628 and now apparently it's to late to deliver. Not cool man. I've spent thousands in that shop

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the staff at Canna Junction. All the kids are knowledgeable, very friendly willing to go the extra mile to help. I always feel like I'm walking into a friends house, right on down to remembering my Birthday. GREAT STAFF and COMPETITIVE INVENTORY AND PRICES!!
