Store was very nice with a great selection. But the budtender had no idea what she was doing. I asked for 1 gram cartridges. She sold me 1/3 gram carts... huge mistake. Instead of getting 8 grams of concentrate I got 2.4 ... She said tax was included. It wasn't. I ended up spending about $150 more than I should have. Not impressed 😕

Be careful when you go here. The security does not pay attention and are not doing their jobs. They’re mostly on their phones. There’s people driving around this store waiting to steal peoples cars. Please be careful. Do not leave anything valuable in the car.

Switched to using the curbside and it's hella organized. Plus good prices. Alexis (the lady who brought out my order) was quick and helpful. Definitely recommend

Not good. Flor is BY FAR one of the worst in the Bay Area. I don’t recommend. I ordered 8:32am and went to pick up for the early discount. Arrived at 9:08 and was told my discount didn’t apply because I didn’t meet the 6am-9am threshold. ??? They don’t specify this on the website. The order has to be picked up before and not after 9am. I am consistent customer but I don’t think I can put up with this one any longer. Set up inside is terrible, no lines or structure to anything as far as I can tell. Just confusing. People behind the counter talk alot rather than assist customers. Curbside pick up is okay but the process could be improved. You could get the same products at other dispensaries that are better in the local area. Garden or Eden, Nug, Cookies, etc.

Very terrible customer satisfaction & service. I've spent thousands of dollars here and 1/13/22 will be the last time I do. I have now bought 3 separate Select Essential cartridges from this place and all of the last 3 were immediately defective upon first use, got no effect just taste of burnt coil. I returned the first two with them without issue, both well past 48 hours of purchase, but now after being recommended by one of their bud tenders that this was a "new batch" and they're "all good dude", I get yet another burnt tasting, defective cartridge. I bring it back within a week of purchasing it, at 6 a.m. mind you because I work 12 hr nights, and they want to tell me they have a 48 hour defective product return policy. Which makes no sense because I've returned the exact same product for the exact same issue before well outside of that window. And them expecting a product to be used within 48hrs of purchase everytime is also ridiculous. What if it was a gift? Why is proof of purchase not enough?
Why is being cheap over a $50 cartridge you clearly bought a bad batch of, worth losing thousands of $'s in future business? Who knows but that's pretty dumb to me. Will be taking my business back to Nug Wellness even though flor is much closer.
