Just went in there because it was recommended to me but honestly way over priced for carts and pre-rolls and other stuff that I looked at . Overall very clean somewhat nice employees that actually help you and know what their talking about and not just trying to sell . Y'all go check out Nug Wellness center in San Leandro Ca.

Been coming here since it opened, everything use to be more quality than now, last week I purchased 2.5 grams (Paletas Moonrock Mango Haze, Crop Circles vape). The Paletas was fire but the Crop Circles ended up tasting like rotten eggs. I sucked it up and smoked it. I came in again to re Up on another 3 Grams, this time from Paletas Moonrock Pineapple Express and to try another flavor from that Crop Circles brand maybe it was just me... To my surprise, same taste as the other one! They were all smoked from their battery to ensure the best possible results I was told. So I went back in with my product just for them to tell me once I purchased it that was it, no exchange or refunds. If a customer spends a good amount of cash for some trash product we should be entitled for a full cash refund or at least make it right and exchange. 45$ to the trash 🗑️

I went in flor today for the first time acouple days ago I wasn’t sure on what to get for pain because i can’t I do THC so one of the bud tenders name shelbie told me about this liquid stick & she really took her time to educate me & tell me everything I needed to know about it she was super helpful & super sweet thank you so much shelbie you are the best & I’m most definitely going to come to her again if she is not too busy!!

They used to be a lot better but recently when I go in, workers are standing around talking to other employees or people they know that just finished ordering. I have to get their attention every time i want to order & they don’t want to say hi back or be helpful just order & bye. One time I told the guy what I wanted & he just walked away without saying anything

Nicholas the bud tender was extremely knowledge and friendly, upbeat. I will be back at flor and look forward for the amazing customer service!

Randy is the only honest person here. Everyone else can't even tell you of the benefits of CBDa, THCa, CBG, etc. Britt is dope too

They really have excellent customer service! Beautiful store! A little pricey but all wonderful products I recommend stopping here. They are have a bomb selection of products a lot to choose from

I love coming here, they have a really good menu and front desk is very helpful. However, the last 3 visits have been different. When I walk in I will take a few minutes to look around and see what I need and usually someone comes up to me to see if I’m ready or have any questions but I’ve been ignored a lot. I have waited in store and had other people who came in waaay after me being helped out first. No one really bothers to come and help me out. Also sometimes the online menu isn’t updated so that’s why I have to walk in and see what they have. So the last 3 visits after receiving no help whatsoever, I just placed my order in store online. It’s kind of frustrating because I really don’t feel welcomed or helped. I asked one of the bud tenders why were other customers helped out so quick and I had to wait like 20 min to be helped and he just apologized . A simple “hey welcome in, let me know if you have any questions or are ready to order” can make the experience a lot easier.

Veteran smokers... don’t go here. The customer service and weed is very mediocre. It’s giving amateurs. Including Jorge and the security guard with the braids. They act like they don’t enjoy their jobs. Spend your bread where you'll get good meds, customer service and a guard who takes his job seriously. Paying for a FULL service.

Mark was very helpful with getting my order processed and taken care of. The staff member working in the parking lot was also very welcoming and helpful with calling and updating Mark. Overall great experience
