I called first to make sure I hadn’t duplicated an order. (I’m a senior). That gal was great and very patient and helpful.
Then when I came to pick it up, the gal was also nice and patient with me. I love that I get help as soon as I come into the store each time.

It’s very manipulative by Flor to have me mention the excellent customer service Ciara so they may be able to earn a bonus. Flor is great and I like that the vat is included in the price and it’s always very efficient and the product works as advertised. Ciara was great and thank you so much I was already going to leave a review and it’s still a good one but perhaps Flor should change it’s bonus structure and give all employees a raise across the board and just have a little less off the top for themselves.

I don't smoke or know about the products, but my mom likes it there. I've been a few times with her and everyone is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The place is clean and they follow protocol without being stuffy about it. What I like is, they don't force product down your throat. They give you what you ask for unless you're not sure.

Don’t go here 1st they don’t update there online menu second I order it at 9am with discount price when I went to pick up stuff they were out of one of items but still charging me original price after checking with supervisor he was like I did not pick the order before 9 that I will have to pay extra price haha what was propose of ordering online and pay for it if i have to come at dispensary and pay more price

Anything good is 60 dollars an eighth . I know plenty of brands that sell great 20 dollar eighths. This store is trash.

AJ has superb knowledge & I ended up walking out with 3 things! I was about to leave because nothing was catching my eye; however AJ was informative, detailed + patience & helped me when I needed it!
